Want to be an elite swimmer ?
「ALL-OUT」 is a Hong Kong based Swimming Academy founded by ex-Hong Kong team and Asian Games swimmers. We welcome all levels of beginners from above the age of three, also elite swimmers who are looking for strokes’ correction and improvement. Our team go around all districts in Hong Kong for coaching. Join our class this season to experience more than just freestyle !

Lessons for beginners. Build up confident in water, stroke foundation skills and get to learn four strokes in one year.

Lessons for competitive swimmers. Focus in stroke correction, skills and technique improvement.
